Pros

Good people to work with

Cons

Everything else I worked there for two weeks and was never paid a dime. All your leads are basically cold calls you might make 150 calls a day and get one sale and commisions on sales are a joke. You are over worked and under paid if your paid at all only gave them one star in my review because it wouldnt let me give them zero.

Pros

Good hard working people at the worker level. They want the company to do well regardless of the management. Product is pretty good too

Cons

Management don't care about the workers.....they say they do but they don't. They live in a bubble and their only message to the worker bees is "work harder". No incentives other than "you should be happy you have a job" It's a public company so you can google their compensations versus revenues. Bonus structure for employees is a joke.....only people that are taken care of are the Exec team. They demand loyalty but do nothing to garner this. How they treated ex Motion Employees is a disgrace. It's very very frustrating because the product is good and they have good people......and their President.....what a piece of work. There are very good reasons his name is mud.

Pros

Great products, great people, centrally located, lots of opportunity to do some cool things; cool brand with lots of legs.

Cons

Short-sighted, poorly managed, work is at a frenetic pace, difficulty shifting from reactive to proactive, big gaps in data, business processes not documented, still acts like a startup even though it's 20 years old, very slow to bring new products to market to stay competitive, sales-led organization without accountability (read: sales people do not consistently use CRM to accurately record what’s going on in the pipeline, and don’t adhere to business rules supposedly in place), wants to dominate the marketplace without investing the amount of dollars required to do so. Averse to hiring and retaining people; no dedicated HR department.
