Growing company with plenty of opportunities if you are willing to put the time and effort in. Constantly working to get employees further educated and trained to help them grow. Feels very much like a family, every door is always open.

None that I can think of.

- Company has high turn over so easy to get in the door - Friendly co-workers if you fit in - Very nice work events

- They will start you at entry level of 30k salary - Not uncommon to be unsupported in your role - Pay 50 cents per mile for work travel (only if it is a temporary job site) - Have to heavily monitor pay and tax withholding to ensure correctness - Borderline willful ignorance of employment law
