Pros
I have been a part of the Xzito team for nearly six months now and have nothing but great things to say! Being a small company, my role encompasses a variety of different areas including account management, copywriting, strategy, and more. One of the greatest things about working here is the ability to explore and hone my own skill set to not only benefit the companies production, but to also become a better marketer. The management team is transparent, supportive, and ultimately committed to making this company (and the employees) a success!
From day one, I have felt like a valued member of the team and that my insight is taken into account. Culture wise, Xzito can't be beat - I enjoy working with and getting to know every single person here. We also get some pretty cool perks like free weekly lunches, team nights, and more! I look forward to my continued professional growth at this company.
Cons
We are a small, and growing, company so there is a distinct need for people who can (happily) wear many hats. If you're looking for a job with a strict regime and are not willing to take on new challenges, you will not be content at Xzito.
Being an agency, there can be some fluctuations in work loads from week to week - meaning you might need to double down to meet deadlines which may not appeal to some people (note: these efforts are always recognized and appreciated).
