      Hubspot is everything to them

      Pros

      I learned new SEO software and more in the marketing field. I learned to work with all the employees and how to write for specific target publics for their clients.

      Cons

      - Miscommunication between employees - Took three tests for Hubspot which, was a marketing software I was just getting familiar with and it took a month and I was part-time - They relied everything on Hubspot like LOVED so you better love it too

      We leverage several platforms for our marketing campaigns, we typically start our employees with one software package at a time and ensure they have a strong mastery prior to working heavily on client work.       Xzito gives employees a clear path for growth and success

      Pros

      In my first 3 months at Xzito I learned more than I have at other companies during an entire year. I feel challenged and excited each day. The team is smart and talented. The owners are hard-working, passionate and respectful of their employees. Side perk, my work computer is a new Mac Book Pro. I'm a big fan of technology, so this is a huge personal bonus for me. This is a place where good ideas are appreciated and employees can build their skills and a long-term career.

      Cons

      The business is growing and the team is getting larger. Next year we're planning on upgrading to a new office. We could use a larger space with more offices and meeting rooms. It would be nice to find a cool open office in downtown Providence. Or a hip refurbished warehouse with graffiti in the entryway (like in the Facebook offices). Other than that, no complaints.
