1. TL, middle, snr managers without any skills and knowledge to industry gives low morale to the lower staff. 2. Managements lacks the drive, used motherhood statements, but no follow-up. 3. Some tech applications developed with riddle with bugs, do not understand simple concepts of quality programming, still continue to keep these people, total jokes.
