Pros
YCH is for you, if you are looking for a company that requires no brainer by just follow instructions that comes with lots of politics. Good location in Tuas if you want to head over Malaysia after work & good excuses if you don't want to meet your friends for a meal or dinner because there is nothing there and too far from the city.
Cons
Low balling on salaries and benefits. Never treat employees as an asset. Executive Chairman and his family members sitting in the Eiffel tower looking down and treats the rest as less worthy.
