      Pros

      YDOP is filled with very talented and committed people. Our team is trusted, taught to collaborate with each other and our viewpoints and opinions are valued and listened to. This is NOT a top down organization at all. We are appreciated, given words of appreciation and the owner lives by the values he has laid out for us. I have never felt so valued like I do here. I am told to leave if I am here past 5pm because my family time is valued. If someone is no longer here, it is because the team has asked them to be off the team!

      Cons

      There really is no downside to working here. If you work as an individual and not as a team this is not the place for you. If you want to be a Rock Star, this is not the place for you. If you don't care about how your actions affect the team, this is definitely NOT the right place for you.

      Thank you for this heart-felt and encouraging review. I know that YDOP isn't perfect, and we're always trying to grow and improve in our culture and capabilities. At the end of the day, we want a place of work where each team member can find their vocational calling, and go home from work not totally stressed, but still filled with life; life that they can invest in their families, friends, local non-profits, places of worship, and community too. Sounds like YDOP is that type of employment for you, and I couldn't be more pleased to hear this!

      Pros

      A lot of focus on continued education and heavily value helping other team members succeed. Feedback is taken monthly and your voice is heard by the senior leadership team.

      Cons

      They are relatively small so responsibilities are shared often. This means a lot of training and constant learning so a strong interest in marketing and the digital space is required.
