      One of the BEST Places I have Ever Worked

      Pros

      YDOP is filled with very talented and committed people. Our team is trusted, taught to collaborate with each other and our viewpoints and opinions are valued and listened to. This is NOT a top down organization at all. We are appreciated, given words of appreciation and the owner lives by the values he has laid out for us. I have never felt so valued like I do here. I am told to leave if I am here past 5pm because my family time is valued. If someone is no longer here, it is because the team has asked them to be off the team!

      Cons

      There really is no downside to working here. If you work as an individual and not as a team this is not the place for you. If you want to be a Rock Star, this is not the place for you. If you don't care about how your actions affect the team, this is definitely NOT the right place for you.

      Thank you for this heart-felt and encouraging review. I know that YDOP isn't perfect, and we're always trying to grow and improve in our culture and capabilities. At the end of the day, we want a place of work where each team member can find their vocational calling, and go home from work not totally stressed, but still filled with life; life that they can invest in their families, friends, local non-profits, places of worship, and community too. Sounds like YDOP is that type of employment for you, and I couldn't be more pleased to hear this!

      A fast-paced, rewarding company!

      Pros

      The company's culture is excellent, with an all-star team of employees who challenge everyone to grow and get better. The clients are great to work with, as it is seen more as a partnering relationship with each client. The projects are large in scale, and each is having a significant impact on each client's lead generation and web traffic. If you like working hard, laughing hard, and a true sense of accomplishment, then this might be the place for you.

      Cons

      The workload and culture of YDOP may not fit everyone's personality or set of skills. You will need to ask plenty of questions from Steve and the employees to learn if you are a good fit here. Don't think of this as just another stepping stone in your career. Instead, view YDOP as the place where you would love to work for the next 20 years.

      This Is Where You Want To Work

      Pros

      I have worked at YDOP for less than a year and have already expanded my knowledge base and understanding of overall marketing tactics tremendously. YDOP gives every employee the opportunity to grow and learn in their role and take on new challenges that take them to the next level. YDOP provides weekly and monthly learning groups and proactively sends team members to conferences so that the company stays ahead of the always changing and growing market. If you want to grow in your professional career and enjoy taking ownership of the work you do, YDOP is the place to do it!

      Cons

      People that are not committed to their own personal growth and continued learning may not find YDOP as a good fit for them.
