      Pros

      Start-up so a chance to help meld the culture, flexible working and mostly remote accepted. An International team and product that covers a multitude of vertical markets so variety. Stock option scheme and likely exit within next 3-4 years.

      Cons

      Start-up and funding is always an issue with boot strapped companies, until YEO establishes high monthly run rate there is always a risk.
