Pros

If you do not sign their secondment contract.

Cons

This agency has very bizarre type of secondment contract, which it hides in small texts and doesn’t explain to its employees. You will realize when it is too late. In comparison with its peers, YER has absolutely nonsense employment conditions. It Contract has two phases; phase A and Phase B Phase A: No project No Payment, even if you are under its payroll. It doesn’t matter if YER gives you even one year contract, you will NOT get payment if third party company ends your project after a month, for example. Actually, it is “ZERO” hours contract. Better to work as freelance. YER will grab half of your income without providing any service. Phase B: It is the normal contract where you will get paid even YER cannot assign you to a third party. HOWEVER, this phase will only start after 78 weeks of actual working, excluding sick leaves and holidays. Means, this phase could start after 90 weeks or even may be never at all. When you are assigned to third party, expect NO service/ support from YER. Think twice before you get hired by them or you are hiring someone from them. NOT worth at all.

Pros

Uncapped commission with accelerators = unusually high income potential for top contributors. Total freedom to run your own portfolio, negotiate your client terms, work remotely and travel at your discretion. Exceptional medical benefits and work-life balance. No nonsense, low red-tape culture. Flat org structure with quick decision making and direct open communication. This place is great for competitive sales professionals, who thrive in an independent self-starting. Great support from back office team.

Cons

This place is not suitable for people who are less independent and need teams around them.
