      - Amazingly competent and diverse engineering team - Interesting clients and projects with good and deep integration within their teams - Supportive leadership - Remote-first philosophy - Pretty good work/life balance - Good perks - Good training budget - Great office space and location

      - Regardless of YLD itself, as a consultancy company, you ultimately do most of your work in Clients' projects and teams, so, how your skills are applied and your day-to-day experience can be influenced by Clients' own culture and ways of working.
