Pros
I led a very small team but had a great boss (Pat) who mentored me. Teaching and letting me learn how to get to the next level of my career. There were office politics as like every office but everyone was helpful and willing to explain things. It was like one big family there. Tuition reimbursement
Cons
We were a remote subsidiary of Europe Express so at time felt like the stepchild. Office politics at times. Stakeholders were unable to verbalize what they wanted leading to constant changes/scope creep.
