Nothing much during my time as I really enjoyed my stay and experience there.
These cons are still stuck in my head though (mostly on the BD side as projects are all turned over to PMO team and all we need to do is basically fulfill the requirements from the proposal):
- Business Development teams would often underestimate project scope, thus proposing a very tight and limited budget to the client.
- Proposed solutions (through workflow automation, process improvements) to clients can be improved.
