Toxic environment, lack of training - Mission Control YOTEL Employee Review

Horrific transphobic comments made by management and security towards guests, lack of any sort of training plan, sexual harassment seen as a joke and not taken seriously, poor management, often left alone when help is urgently needed. Just an absolute shambles of a job.
