      Pros

      Get to work with some interesting people and travel.

      Cons

      Things are changing all the time and everybody is holding tight to the their chair, afraid to lose their job. Many of the so-called "extraordinary leaders which you "serve" are just mediocre men who happen to make money at an early age but have questionable vaues and abuse their position of leadership regarding women staff.

      Learning environment, opportunity to work on projects/work to build your skillset, part of CEO's learning journey.

      Cons

      Lots of backstabbing and egos amongst CEOs. ELT members in relationships with members and have the ability to manipulate outcomes that favor their preference.
