Pros
Well-known gigantic portal site/ad company with smart people working in. The pay is relatively good. PC and iPhone are provided while you are working for the company.
Cons
Not a competitive environment. Good to settle down, but not for those who want a striving environment. Not a chance to use English at work. Just like other Japanese companies, long working hours needed.
