- The company operates in 100% Japanese language and none of the engineers can speak/understand English. So, if you are not trying to learn Japanese while working, you will get very frustrated over time. - You will never get the big picture here if you are not fluent in Japanese. You will not understand meetings, documents and your career trajectory will become very slow. - Feedbacks are so vague and the increase in salary is almost none . Every time your feedback will get hugely affected because of the language barrier. - Sadly bully culture is supported by the management. If that guy is a high performer and is a bully, no one will question his poor attitude towards his colleagues. - The company portrays itself as international and has big vision about it. But the culture is so Japanese. - Low salary compared to other IT companies in Japan. - The colleagues are very passive in nature and are not proactive to try out new things.

Not a competitive environment. Good to settle down, but not for those who want a striving environment. Not a chance to use English at work. Just like other Japanese companies, long working hours needed.
