      You get caught up in the "we are a family" hype and you truly want to be part of the positive "culture" until you realize its all smoke and mirrors.

      Cons

      Leadership team does not follow through with much that they say they will and are exempt from following the policies and processes they endorse.

      Very good benefits, lots of emphasis on employee development, and a unique culture that you will not find anywhere else.

      Cons

      Can get stuck in old ways, with tenured leaders who might not be right anymore for the size of the organization and industry now.
