      Very good benefits, lots of emphasis on employee development, and a unique culture that you will not find anywhere else.

      Cons

      Can get stuck in old ways, with tenured leaders who might not be right anymore for the size of the organization and industry now.

      - Nice coworkers - Interesting work - Occasional employee events - Decent pay and health benefits

      Cons

      - Job security is tied to the hop market and decisions the leadership team make. Non-leadership are first to get cut when things go south. - Layoffs during the summer, 2 years in a row (Office positions) - Unrealistic goals, Bonuses are tied to how every department performs and the decisions made by the C suite. - questionable HR decisions
