Pros
A lot of amenities; on-site gym, beautiful building, fresh coffee made all day, nap rooms, homemade lunch specials made by the ladies in "The Ladle" (fairly inexpensive) Great pay, generally good culture/atmosphere, no smoking on premises.
Cons
Once the company was sold by the original owners, to a bigger corporation from California, the "family culture" changed. It just got worse every year as far as becoming more and more "Corporate". The management team is very close and have all known each other since high school which results in some favoritism. HR dept likes to gossip about people's personal business. The CEO has a strange outlook/vision on what he wants the company to be, and instead of doing what has worked since the business started, he is changing everything and it has shown to hurt the company. The morale of the employees has shown a significant decrease. Many people have quit and when someone quits, the CEO would rather try not to replace the person, instead they make other employees do the job of 2 people. I heard many employees state being "sick of being overworked and under appreciated"
