Amazing collaborative culture - Anonymous employee Yardstik Employee Review

Great people, good culture. It's a fun place to work, it's easy to make friends. The engineering team is very talented. Opportunities to touch a lot of different things and learn. The company embraces new technologies and wants to enable you to succeed, and the mentality is geared towards moving fast and building vs being overly risk averse and maintaining. Lots of optional company events, team outings, happy hours. I do think Yardstik cares more than many other companies about its employees. Hybrid/remote is pretty flexible, good PTO policy as well.

There's not a very clear path to get promoted. Teams constantly change and get moved around, though it's understandable at a smaller company with changing initiatives.

Exceeding new goals every week. Winning a lot of awards. Technology team working very well together. Great to see our customers love what we roll out.
