      The Company Culture is amazing. The people are the best. Everyone is truly collaborative and always willing to lend a helping hand to others throughout the entire company. Great communication from leadership.

      Cons

      It can be somewhat difficult to hit goals at times given the amount of change that is always happening.

      Pros

      Great people, good culture. It's a fun place to work, it's easy to make friends. The engineering team is very talented. Opportunities to touch a lot of different things and learn. The company embraces new technologies and wants to enable you to succeed, and the mentality is geared towards moving fast and building vs being overly risk averse and maintaining. Lots of optional company events, team outings, happy hours. I do think Yardstik cares more than many other companies about its employees. Hybrid/remote is pretty flexible, good PTO policy as well.

      Cons

      There's not a very clear path to get promoted. Teams constantly change and get moved around, though it's understandable at a smaller company with changing initiatives.
