      Coworkers are kind and genuinely good people

      Cons

      Management is undertrained. Chronically understaffed but they higher all skilled workers as salaried so that they don't have to pay out overtime. The normalized level of stress that most people are under in a day will take years off your life. Noone stays past 2 years

      Fun young team to work with. Exciting scientific projects in collaboration with big pharma names.

      Cons

      There has been a high turnover of employees recently. We would need a better understanding of the organization's layout during these changes and replacements should be hired more quickly.
