      Quality health insurance and an espresso machine in the break room..

      Cons

      Toxic culture, lots of drama, management is never on the same page, compensation needs to be improved, transparency is below average, and employees brag about working weekends and not taking their PTO.

      Unethical Company – Retaliation & Underpayment

      Pros

      The job provides experience in facilities management (because you’ll be doing everything). Some coworkers were great to work with.

      Cons

      Severely underpaid – roughly $35,000 below market for the actual scope of work. Misleading job title – should be Facility Manager, not Facility & Logistics Associate II. Overwhelming workload – this should be at least a two-person job. Retaliation for taking legally entitled paid leave – I was fired for using my benefits. Lack of leadership accountability and respect for employees.
