Leaders are always looking for someone to blame when things go wrong. - mistakes are viewed as flaws instead of opportunities for Growth - Upper Level management is often inexperienced and not qualified and overcompensate creating a toxic culture of micro-management - Lack of understanding of unconscious bias - Lack of DEI in Leadership - Avoidance of urgent Diversity issues (specifically in the US) - Management doesn’t like answering tough questions - Management pretends to care about employees growth , but secretly only care about advancing their own careers

As you have mentioned, we have fantastic opportunities for growth at the company, and our managers are all very talented individuals. However managers also need support to thrive in their role as leaders. To ensure this we have monthly touchpoints with managers through 11s and management meetings/training.
