3yThank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re sorry to read that your experience with Yokoy wasn’t exactly to your expectations. We’ve grown a lot in the past two years, the growth happened very fast and it’s natural that processes need to be built and adapted constantly and quickly. This also means that there is always room for improvement - and we encourage all our employees to take ownership and address inefficiencies openly within the team and/or the organization. Additionally, our culture allows everyone in the company to be transparent and open about suggestions on how to improve; it does not matter if you’re an intern or a team lead. With the growth that we’ve experienced we’re also busy establishing the organization and hierarchies, which we’re still perfecting at the current moment. While things may not seem perfect now, we’re working hard towards a set up that is challenging and rewarding for our employees and at the same time help us achieve our goals as a business in the most efficient and effective manner.
