Pros
Best company I ever worked for. Yolo supplied a generous relocation package for both me and my family (I have heard from other that have also supplied support even for pets). They are clear from the very beginning on what you have to do legally to stay, work and live in Estonia and support you with all the documentation, paid fees and information needed for it. Great location close to the sea. They give you the opportunity to learn at the same time you are working on the project, neither on a slow pace nor pushing you. It's up to you how prepared you want to feel suitable for the project and the team, meaning that your performance at the team is totally up to you. Kindly people, nice and friendly teammates and coworkers. The whole environment in the company is to be nice and friendly with others, never rude, always helpful and smiley. Be keen to keep learning and willing to contribute to day to day tasks and you will pass the probation period even if you don't know several tools or skills needed at the job, they come with time if not having them, teammates and managers give you the time and tools for overcoming them. In general, Yolo is a good company to work for, glad to be here.
Cons
Salaries could be better. Although Probation period's duration is determined by the government, it still feels long. Bonuses don't apply for people in the middle of their probation period, after it, it is applicable.
