Plenty of benefits in the package, alrhough a lot of them you won t ever use. Nice office space, a few places where you can retreat to be alone woth your thoughts

People here seem to be alergic to change, everybody likes the same old, if it ain t broken don't fix it mentality. "Our client, our master" mentality. Career advancement plan not obvious, and when you ask people will tell you that you must improve on stuff that cannot be quantified
