you won't get deserved raises even if work hard and do a very good job people are married inside company so is that A is B manager, but wife of B (let's call her C) is manager of A (manager of delivery managers unit) so that you can't tell a thing to B even when he does mistakes he still keeps his arrogant opinion. some managers will always be on Product Owner side; team is viewed only as resources that make money; extra hours are not payed. Customers are greedy and so is the Yonder management when comes to payement/ raises managers will do even the impossible to drag evaluation grades down so you will receive lower raise (even 50E/ half-year was the case)
