      Colleagues in branch are friendly Holidays are decent

      Cons

      Very low pay for the amount of responsibility staff are given, and pressure that is put on CCs. Despite the role being advertised as 'no targets', you will be monitored on the amount of mortgage/insurance leads you get, and pay rises and bonuses are based on these figures.

      Fun and talented colleague that will feel like family Looked after by the company Close knit throughout the company Friendly managers you can banter with but still business focussed
