Interview process and first week review - Commercial Portfolio Analyst Yorkshire Building Society Employee Review

I found the interview to be very relevant to the role, with questions being asked in a relaxed environment. The recruitment process was very swift which suited me perfectly - I was kept informed throughout and it was made very clear at what stage I was at and what was still outstanding. My first week has been great with fantastic support from my manager and team. So far I have been extremely impressed with YBS and feel very proud to now be apart of the society
