Great brand, lovely people, mostly well planned and organised but Induction could be more structured, bad location - Team Member Yorkshire Building Society Employee Review

I would have loved a more structured approach to induction. System accesses should be given automatically for a role rather than me having a request it and most times I am not even requesting it to the right person. The Head office location is one of UK's most unsafe places and I would dread passing alone there or in a cab in the cold and dark winter night. As a woman I am not comfortable commuting to Bradford via the bradford interchange. I have had some strange experiences in just the first few days of my travelling. Hoping the flexible working/work from home would reduce my travel. The office location should definitely be moved.
