The company runs at the whims of the CEO & even after running the business for 6+ years they still haven’t made themselves profitable. They hire people by luring them with wfh privileges & lay them off without giving it a second thought. The company is run from London & the Hr team in India is pretty clueless about most of the stuff. The managers are puppets at the hands of management. DO NOT join this company if you wish to grow professionally in a stress free environment. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews - employees have been forced to write them. They have their core product team which is good but the managers in the other teams don’t have any vision or fail to convey it to their Indian counterparts.
