We genuinely appreciate your thoughts on onboarding and communication during the probation period - our onboarding process is something we continuously iterate on. We recently launched "Your First Chapter at Yoto", our refreshed onboarding journey, and ensure new starters meet their manager in person on their first day, as well as scheduling a variety of induction sessions.
We also recently relaunched our growth and development framework, with performance reviews now directly tied to those criteria, to ensure opportunities for progression are tangible and measurable.
