Base pay is okay - management try there best- colleagues make it bearable
Cons
Hours are ridiculous and if you don’t achieve targets you’re locked into the 60 hour contract you signed! - expectations are unbelievable… there is no way you can consistently hit targets when the doors you’re expected to knock are 10+ people deep YES you heard me right people have said no 8-10 times and you’re expected to convert them… - commission is poor unless you sell a service no one needs and your targeted negativity if you sell the lower products which are a great deal - opportunities to advance are non existent work you to the bone and then ask why you’re not performing- the product changes as much as a light crossing so get used to to having claw backs one month for something you was told you could do the previous month… oh wait this month it’s changed again!
