Pros

A Nice Team of people! Mostly

Cons

A business that is based around the ego of one man. A man that sends text messages to staff at 2 or 3 am, demanding things are sorted and shouts the odds if they are not. Acts like the business is groundbreaking and accepts awards for a share scheme that isn't even a share scheme. Not accepting that some members of staff waited over 2 years and did not receive what they were promised. The thing that matters to the business is proving they are the best when there are many companies that are achieving as much as Netomnia and YouFibre and most of the deals made with contractors where made with handshake deals. There is little integrity at the foundation of the business with the blind leading the blind. So many people have left this business after giving everything and seeing people who have worked their fingers to the bone be discarded like yesterday's rubbish. All of this time, they accept awards and they make out that they care. When that is one thing that could be further from the truth.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

Pros

If you have no other option then it's better than nothing.

Cons

Where to start. Everyone below the CEO/MD are used, abused and lied to without a second thought. No care into the staff in any way, no work life balance and people are called in after hours to pick up work due to a mad rush of trying to fill gaps in the teams without actually training people. Staff are brought in after hours, for unpaid meetings to be promised the world, to only have those promises backtracked on within a week. 0 progression oppotunities, employees are expected to do work that is far outside their job spec and if you try and discuss any form of payrise you'll be told "Do more overtime if you want more money" and if you stop doing OT you'll be brought in and disciplined. Very little praise given to those who work hard, the only way to see any praise from higher management is to simply agree with every decision made, otherwise you'll be disciplined and discarded without a second thought. Racist recruitment from internal management where some people's CV's weren't even looked at, they simply got turned away because they "didn't have an english sounding name"

Pros

I think the only benefit is having free broadband if you are employee, but absolutely nothing after that.

Cons

The company's flagrant flaw lies in their negligent hiring of supervisors and managers. It appears that they prioritise mere impressions over genuine skills and experience when making selections. It's a disheartening reality that those in charge lack the necessary qualifications. The atmosphere is engulfed in toxicity, reaching alarming levels. Picture this: supervisors, who should be guiding, instead demand hastiness during calls merely because two customers are patiently waiting in the queue. It's an outrage! I have never encountered such panic among supervisors when customers anticipate assistance from an advisor. Their sole allegiance seems to be to the almighty pound. Despite witnessing an exodus of employees, both voluntarily and through termination, the managing director callously dismisses the idea of hiring additional staff. It's as if the well-being of the team is of no concern to them. Brace yourself for the abysmal abyss that is the sales team. They shamelessly fabricate and deceive innocent individuals in order to secure sales and indulge in hefty commissions. As a result, the customer service team is left to grapple with irate customers who raise grievances against these deceptive sales representatives. Astonishingly, the sales management exhibits apathy even when these dire situations are escalated. A void of policies and procedures permeates the company, leading to a complete lack of support for customers struggling to pay their bills. When faced with financial hardships, these individuals are met with an utter absence of assistance. Prepare yourself for the mockery that is the billing process. It's an understaffed circus where a solitary individual possesses the authority to grant payment plans and extensions, and their disposition is far from pleasant.
