A business that is based around the ego of one man. A man that sends text messages to staff at 2 or 3 am, demanding things are sorted and shouts the odds if they are not. Acts like the business is groundbreaking and accepts awards for a share scheme that isn't even a share scheme. Not accepting that some members of staff waited over 2 years and did not receive what they were promised. The thing that matters to the business is proving they are the best when there are many companies that are achieving as much as Netomnia and YouFibre and most of the deals made with contractors where made with handshake deals. There is little integrity at the foundation of the business with the blind leading the blind. So many people have left this business after giving everything and seeing people who have worked their fingers to the bone be discarded like yesterday's rubbish. All of this time, they accept awards and they make out that they care. When that is one thing that could be further from the truth.
