Pros
If you have no other option then it's better than nothing.
Cons
Where to start. Everyone below the CEO/MD are used, abused and lied to without a second thought. No care into the staff in any way, no work life balance and people are called in after hours to pick up work due to a mad rush of trying to fill gaps in the teams without actually training people. Staff are brought in after hours, for unpaid meetings to be promised the world, to only have those promises backtracked on within a week. 0 progression oppotunities, employees are expected to do work that is far outside their job spec and if you try and discuss any form of payrise you'll be told "Do more overtime if you want more money" and if you stop doing OT you'll be brought in and disciplined. Very little praise given to those who work hard, the only way to see any praise from higher management is to simply agree with every decision made, otherwise you'll be disciplined and discarded without a second thought. Racist recruitment from internal management where some people's CV's weren't even looked at, they simply got turned away because they "didn't have an english sounding name"
