Pros
Not much other than I enjoyed the schedule of an 11-8 with flexible schedule for Fridays depending on your own clients
Cons
Not a strong overhead company, constant firings of upper management: very money hungry and could be running their gyms wayyyy better if they cared about their management more. Lots of seemingly pointless meetings, a corporate atmosphere that isn’t working. I know they just closed a location downtown.
