Cons
You and your team will be notified of deadlines the day before and you will be expected to hit it. In my time there I have seen talented artists and great management come and go either because they spoke up to shady practices by upper management, they were set up to fail, or they were tired of contributing to the toxic studio culture. Artists are reprimanded because of issues from other departments and they would rather terminate workers than to address systematic issues that are plaguing the production when it is brought up. The show I'm on is really fun but because there is a lot of stone walling between departments, its really injuring the artists. There is no open communication and many are afraid to speak up because of recent terminations to those that have done so.
