You will be exposed to work in a a tech and international enviroment.

Z-Axis is a cheap company.They don't have enough equipment/devices/chargers and you will be asked to used your own devices/equipment. Devices may does not have programs you need to perform your tasks (there's not a teach team to updated and take care of equipment/updates etc). HR/ID/security and PC assignation is a very slow process.Poor communication with company and management. You only have access to a minimum of information (you don't know who's who/names/pyramid).

No Pro about Z-Axis, period.

Z-Axis is an extremely cheap for new, cheaper testers. The principle philosophy of Z-Axis has been "who is cheaper?" I have worked for Z-Axis Tech for a total of 3.5 years, but I have never gotten enough work hours per any week to live on because they always go to a new, cheaper tester.
