You will be exposed to work in a a tech and international enviroment.

Cons

Z-Axis is a cheap company.They don't have enough equipment/devices/chargers and you will be asked to used your own devices/equipment. Devices may does not have programs you need to perform your tasks (there's not a teach team to updated and take care of equipment/updates etc). HR/ID/security and PC assignation is a very slow process.Poor communication with company and management. You only have access to a minimum of information (you don't know who's who/names/pyramid).

Work from home. That is the only good thing about working with Z-Axis. It has more bad quality than good ones.

Cons

Cheap company. Worked the translators and reviewers like dogs and pays less than the industry average and the salary kept going down each year. Missed the monthly payments due to late approval of the time sheets. Very poor communication and ignore your concerns.
