Pros

Good place to kickstart your career! They don't care about your year of passing or your branch if you're a fresher, and some squads have really good leaders. Competitive salary for freshers.

Cons

1. Extreme micromanagement: Leadership—from Vinod and Vincent at the top down to Testing Managers and Associate Team Leads—exerts excessive control, issuing orders from their cabins and expecting blind compliance from downstream teams. 2. Arrogant leadership culture: This top-down arrogance permeates all levels, including bottom-level leaders, creating an environment where questioning or feedback is discouraged. 3. Toxic team environments: Some teams exhibit deeply toxic culture, with unprofessional behavior including physical altercations in washrooms and outside the office—more reminiscent of a school than a reputed organization. 4. Glorification of overwork: Working late nights is unnecessarily celebrated, with employees pressured to send photos to the PRC Team for recognition rather than focusing on actual productivity. 5. Lack of project vision: Projects lack clear direction from leadership. When projects fail, the blame is unfairly placed on technical resources instead of acknowledging poor requirement definition and guidance from top management.

Pros

Family culture oriented. No weekends No Overtime potential or have to stay to finish work

Cons

Possible to work from home full-time or Hybrid for 99% of office; however management has micromanagement tendencies. Also team morale is a bit low, no driving incentives of a collective accomplishment, The office feels slightly segregated with different departments like we work for different organizations but do not.
