Pros

Opportunity to develop applications that integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and cloud storage technologies. Hands-on experience connecting and integrating hardware devices with iOS applications. Exposure to end-to-end IoT workflows, including device communication, data synchronization, and cloud connectivity. Good learning environment for expanding technical expertise in both mobile and hardware-integrated solutions.

Cons

Strict office timing (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM). Attendance is tracked through a biometric device. Even being 1 minute late can result in a ₹500 salary deduction. This is allowed only up to 2 times; after that, it is considered LOP (Loss of Pay). Chinese management is quite strict and the work culture can feel toxic at times. Employees are not valued much. Every year, management promises a good hike if you perform well, but the same promise keeps getting pushed to the next year. Some employees behave unprofessionally, which can make the work environment uncomfortable

Good place to kickstart your career! They don't care about your year of passing or your branch if you're a fresher, and some squads have really good leaders. Competitive salary for freshers.

Cons

1. Extreme micromanagement: Leadership—from Vinod and Vincent at the top down to Testing Managers and Associate Team Leads—exerts excessive control, issuing orders from their cabins and expecting blind compliance from downstream teams. 2. Arrogant leadership culture: This top-down arrogance permeates all levels, including bottom-level leaders, creating an environment where questioning or feedback is discouraged. 3. Toxic team environments: Some teams exhibit deeply toxic culture, with unprofessional behavior including physical altercations in washrooms and outside the office—more reminiscent of a school than a reputed organization. 4. Glorification of overwork: Working late nights is unnecessarily celebrated, with employees pressured to send photos to the PRC Team for recognition rather than focusing on actual productivity. 5. Lack of project vision: Projects lack clear direction from leadership. When projects fail, the blame is unfairly placed on technical resources instead of acknowledging poor requirement definition and guidance from top management.
