The benefits are a lot better than those of other companies out there. The best part, in my opinion, is the network you have access to with other leasing agents and property managers that help with learning, especially if you're newer to the industry.

I think the main con is sometimes the lack of support from the regional manager. Understandably, so they can get busy, but there should be a level of availability they should have for their PMs and LC.
