      A great family run business that combined great culture and flexibility, work life balance, and opportunities for travel, learning and growth.

      Cons

      Perhaps a bit lower on the benefits side (at the time) and maybe more frequent company town halls and information flow would have been a bonus.

      The people are fantastic and the global vision is clear and exciting!!!!

      Negative legacy behaviours are slowly being phased out as part of cultural change. However, it needs to go faster!

      - Company emphasizes work/life balance - High degree of comradery and friendship between team members - High competency level of employees - Very competitive salary and benefits compared to much larger employers - Free coffee and tea :)

      - I honestly can't think of anything worth mentioning at this point.
