      Pros

      Great culture and great people. Beer/coffee on tap, real belief in work/life balance. Company mission that means something - bringing equity, recreation/wellness, and sustainable transit to communities that need it.

      Cons

      Constantly shifting objectives. Many SOP’s are broken and dated.

      Pros

      This was a great company to work for with really good flexibility and great pay for a part time job. Minimal work depending on how large of a city you work in. And it was a fun job as well.

      Cons

      If you live in a huge city it can get physically demanding. Working nights. Management has to be good.
