Pros

Zagster is an awesome company to work for! With a great product and growing traction in its segment of the bike-sharing market, it's growing quickly and will likely continue to do so. The leadership shows great vision as well as admirable management skills. Based out of the Lechmere area now, the company has a great company culture where everyone is excited about the product (they're all bike nerds) and enjoys having fun together.

Cons

They've seen a good deal of employee turnover in recent years, as they and their people grow quickly and a few can't keep up or decide to pursue other interests.

Volatile industry

Pros

Great culture and great people. Beer/coffee on tap, real belief in work/life balance. Company mission that means something - bringing equity, recreation/wellness, and sustainable transit to communities that need it.

Cons

Constantly shifting objectives. Many SOP’s are broken and dated.
