Zahrawi gave me real room to grow. I joined as an accountant and worked my way up to a leadership role over eight years — that progression wasn't handed to me, but the environment made it possible. The finance function is well-structured, and leadership genuinely recognizes performance and gives high-performers increased responsibility over time. For anyone serious about building a finance career in the medical/healthcare distribution sector, this is a solid platform. CEO Mr. Abdulrahman and CFO Mr. Youssef Affifi are among the best leaders I've worked with, alongside a strong, supportive finance team.

Cons

HR focus tends to center on Dubai. Other country offices deserve equal attention in training and career development.
