Zahrawi gave me real room to grow. I joined as an accountant and worked my way up to a leadership role over eight years — that progression wasn't handed to me, but the environment made it possible. The finance function is well-structured, and leadership genuinely recognizes performance and gives high-performers increased responsibility over time. For anyone serious about building a finance career in the medical/healthcare distribution sector, this is a solid platform. CEO Mr. Abdulrahman and CFO Mr. Youssef Affifi are among the best leaders I've worked with, alongside a strong, supportive finance team.

Cons

HR focus tends to center on Dubai. Other country offices deserve equal attention in training and career development.

The environment is supportive, and colleagues are generally collaborative and willing to help, creating a positive team spirit. It’s a great place to develop your skills and understand the medical devices industry in depth.

Cons

While there are opportunities for growth, career progression tends to be slow. Compensation is generally below market average, which can make it challenging financially despite the positive work environment. Incentive schemes could be more competitive and better aligned with performance. Additionally, like many organizations, there can be some internal politics that may impact decision-making at times.
